DC brushed motors are a mature, easy-to-control, and cost-effective drive solution, widely used in home appliances, automation equipment, and low-to-medium power drive systems. Their traditional mechanical commutation using brushes and commutators ensures stable DC output, delivering high starting torque at low speeds while remaining fully compatible with PWM speed control and low system integration cost.

This motor adopts a mature mechanical commutation design, ideal for applications requiring high starting torque, simple control, and cost efficiency. Carbon brushes and a commutator provide stable DC commutation with good torque output and speed linearity at low speeds.
