Brushless DC Motors
Technical Capabilities
High-performance Iron Core Winding Brushless DC Motor
BLDC motors are a high-efficiency, electronically commutated drive solution, widely used in automation equipment, robotics, medical devices, and various medium-to-high performance drive systems where efficiency, lifetime, and precise control are required.
By replacing mechanical commutation with electronic commutation, BLDC motors eliminate brush wear and significantly reduce maintenance requirements. This design enables higher efficiency, lower noise, improved thermal performance, and stable operation over a wide speed range. BLDC motors are fully compatible with closed-loop control and support advanced speed, torque, and position regulation when combined with appropriate drivers.
Two BLDC Motor Technologies
Our current BLDC motors are mainly divided into the following two series:
-
Inner Rotor BLDC Motors – Compact structure with low rotor inertia, suitable for high-speed operation, precise control, and applications requiring fast dynamic response.
-
Outer Rotor BLDC Motors – High torque density and improved heat dissipation, ideal for low-speed, high-torque applications and direct-drive or gear-reduced systems.
Customised for Your Application
Every application has unique performance and integration requirements. Our application engineers work closely with customers to tailor motor structure, winding, magnet configuration, feedback options, and driver compatibility to deliver an optimized BLDC motor solution for your system.
